We are fortunate to have on staff
these very fine men, Raoul, Raoul ( whom we refer to
as R2, D2), and Martin. These men were all raised on
horse ranches and have been around horses all their
lives. They are entrusted with the raising,
feeding, exercising and training of all our horses.

Their soft handed approach, coupled
with many hours spent on the ground with our
horses makes for "developed" horses, not
"broke" horses. This kind of training makes
for a well developed horse, his whole life,
rather than a broke horse which never
becomes developed.

In addition the boys also do all
the routine farm work such as mucking stalls,
looking after all tack, fertilizing, cutting and
baling the hay, hauling horses to and from the vet's
clinic, hand breeding and stallions and mare care.
As you can see from the photos, their soft-handed
approach has developed our horses into gentle,
well-gaited, very sensible and trusting animals.
